The Rum Runner is one of my favourite Tiki cocktails but it doesn’t get the love it deserves. Choosing a brilliant dark rum as the base of this drink makes it an amazing serve, any month of the year and a great way to celebrate moving into Spring this month.

Brixworth Dark Rum is bold and superbly delicious in this Tiki classic, the mix of banana, blackberry and pineapple need a strong base to compete and allow them all to play off each other. Not only does Brixworth’s Dark Rum allow these flavours to shine, it also comes through so well with a rich caramel and ginger note. It’s outstanding.

– 50ml Brixworth Dark Rum
– 15ml Lime Juice
– 20ml Pineapple Juice
– 15ml Banana Liqueur
– 15ml Creme de Mure
– 10ml Grenadine
