– Brixworth’s Caramelised Pineapple and Ginger Gin

– Premium tonic water

– Fruit wedge of choice

– Copa glass

– Ice

Instructions:

1 | Add ice to the glass.

2 | Pour 50ml of Brixworth’s Caramelised Pineapple and Ginger Gin into a balloon glass.

3 | Add 150ml of preferred premium tonic water.

4 | Add a wedge of preferred fruit to garnish – we recommend grapefruit.
